Obituary for Billie Joyce Fain

Billie Joyce Wiley Fain, 81, of 300 W. Broadway Street in Athens died Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Princeton Community Hospital. Born July 15, 1930 in Mercer County she was the daughter of the late Mack Wiley and Oeida Blankenship Wiley. In addition to her parents, her husband, Charles T. “Jack” Fain, Jr.; two sisters, Bobbie Reed and Ruth Groseclose; and one brother, James “Booty” Wiley preceded her in death. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survivors include one son, Charles T. “Tommy” Fain, III of Athens; one daughter, Kimberly Joyce Holmes and husband Mike of Salem, WV; one grandson, Charles T. “Tommy” Fain, IV and wife Andrea; two great grandchildren, Nicholas Fain and Danielle Fain; and special niece, Gail Marino pf Princeton. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Rev. Larry Dyer officiating. Burial will follow at the Athens Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 921 W. Neville St., Beckley, WV 25801.
