Obituary for Marion "Dee" Eldridge

Marion Delores “Dee” Eldridge, 60 of 140 Lamplighter St. in Princeton died Saturday, March 24, 2012, at Princeton Community Hospital. Born in Tazewell County, VA March 21, 1951 she was the daughter of the late Everette E. and Ruth Mae Davis Harman. She was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parent’s two sons, James Earl Eldridge and James Everette Duncan; one sister, Marie Scott and three brothers, Charles Harman, John Harman and Robert Harman preceded her in death. Survivors include her companion of 22 years, Julio Montero; one daughter, Deborah Sawyers of Princeton; two sons, Richard Harman of St. Peter, MN and David Sawyers and his companion Gina Campbell of Charleston, WV; Goddaughter, Lori Rachel of Reidsville, NC; three sisters, Joyce Brock of Princeton who also served as her caregiver, Lorene Fields of Delbarton and Geneva Breeden of Vinton, VA; five brothers, Larry Harman and wife Betty, Gary Harman, Drexel Harman and Claude Harman all of Princeton and Everette Harman and wife Annie Ruth of Hueytown, AL. Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 PM Monday, March 26, 2012, (today) at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Larry White officiating. In keeping with her wishes cremation will follow the service. Friends may call at Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday, March 26, 2012.
