Deborah L. “Debbie” Taylor, 59, of Colonial Hills in Princeton died Monday, September 5, 2011` at her residence. Born February 13, 1952 in Princeton she was the daughter of the late Elbert Mitchell and Charlotte Wylam Mitchell. Debbie was a 1970 graduate of Princeton High School and was a member of the First Christian Church in Princeton where she served as Deaconess, Secretary of the Church Board, Junior Church Leader, and helped with many youth functions. She was also a member of the Christian Women’s Fellowship, Wilma Tie Circle, and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. In addition to her parents, one grandson, Gerald Hunter Kitts preceded her in death. Survivors include one daughter, Jennifer M. Rorrer and husband Hoyt of Catlettsburg, KY; two grandsons, Marco Kitts and Robbie Kitts of Catlettsburg, KY; and one brother, David Mitchell of Pittsburgh, PA. In keeping with Debbie’s wishes her body has been cremated. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, September 9, 2011 at the First Christian Church in Princeton with Rev. Bill Pollack officiating. Friends may call at the church from 10:00 AM until the service hour on Friday.
