Even though I only knew Bill for a few years now, he made me feel like I had known him all my life. I will miss but never forget the time spent talking about WVU football and basketball, the stories about the coal industry, and the love we both had for the great state we both grew up in. It seemed like Bill always had something to say that made me smile.
It was an honor and a privilege to have known Bill and he truly will be missed but never forgotten.
